Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) was developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 05/07/2021 No. 99-Z “On the Protection of Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the Law) and other acts of legislation of the Republic of Belarus and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure their protection taken by Reactive Technologies LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.2. The operator sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of human rights and freedoms when processing his personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets.

1.3. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://360space.by.

2. Basic concepts

2.1. Personal data - any information relating to an identified individual or an individual who can be identified (personal data subject).

2.2. Processing of personal data is any action or set of actions performed with personal data, including collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, depersonalization, blocking, distribution, provision, deletion of personal data.

2.3. Operator - Reactive Technologies LLC, which independently or jointly with other persons organizes and (or) carries out the processing of personal data.

2.4. Personal data subject is an individual in respect of whom personal data is processed.

2.5. Consent of the subject of personal data is a free, unambiguous, informed expression of will, through which the subject authorizes the processing of his personal data.

2.6. The authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects is the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as NCPD, cpd.by).

2.7. Website is a collection of materials and software available on the Internet at https://360space.by.

3. Legal grounds and purposes of processing

3.1. The operator processes personal data based on the consent of the subject of personal data, as well as in other cases provided for in Article 6 of the Law and other acts of legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

3.2. Purposes of processing: providing access to services and website materials; processing requests and applications; conclusion and execution of contracts; informing about the products, works and services of the Operator; maintaining statistics and improving the performance of the website.

3.3. The following categories of personal data are processed: last name, first name, patronymic; email address; telephone number; other data voluntarily provided by the subject through website forms.

4. Rights of the subject of personal data

4.1. The subject of personal data has the right to: give consent to processing and withdraw it; receive information about the processing of your personal data; demand changes (updates, corrections) of your personal data; demand termination of processing and (or) deletion of personal data; receive information about providing your personal data to third parties; appeal against the actions (inaction) of the Operator to the National Center for Trafficking in Police or in court.

4.2. To exercise its rights, the subject sends an application to the Operator in writing or in the form of an electronic document to the address info@360space.ru. The operator considers the application within the time limits established by the Law (as a general rule - within 15 days).

5. Principles of personal data processing

5.1. The processing of personal data is carried out on a legal, fair and transparent basis.

5.2. Processing is limited to the achievement of specific, pre-defined and legitimate purposes; Processing incompatible with the purposes of collection is not permitted.

5.3. Only those personal data that correspond to the purposes of processing are processed; their content and volume are not redundant.

5.4. Personal data is stored in a form that allows the subject to be identified for no longer than required by the purposes of processing, unless a different period is established by law or contract.

6. Procedure for processing, storing and transferring personal data

6.1. The operator takes legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions.

6.2. The subject's personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by law, or with the consent of the subject.

6.3. The subject may at any time withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to info@360space.ru with the note “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.”

6.4. If inaccuracies are identified, the subject has the right to update his data by sending a notification to info@360space.ru with the note “Updating personal data.”

6.5. Information collected by third-party services (including web analytics systems and payment services) is stored and processed by such parties in accordance with their own policies; The operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

7.1. Cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out by the Operator in compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law. Transfer to the territory of a foreign state that provides an adequate level of protection of the rights of subjects is carried out in accordance with the general procedure; to other states - if there are grounds provided for by law.

8. Confidentiality of personal data

8.1. The operator and other persons who have access to personal data are obliged to ensure confidentiality and not disclose them to third parties without the consent of the subject, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

9. Final provisions

9.1. The subject can receive clarification on the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator at info@360space.ru.

9.2. The operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. The current version is posted on the Internet at https://360space.by.
