About the project
Apartment in the DEPO quarter in Minsk, filmed by a Matterport camera. The tour shows the real condition of the property: layout, decoration, lighting and how the rooms are connected to each other - without retouching and “successful angles” that are common in photographs in advertisements. Move around the apartment point by point, examine each room at 360° and evaluate the proportions of rooms in plan mode. This is convenient if you are choosing housing from another city or want to filter out unsuitable options before calling the agent. The five-minute tour answers questions that would normally require an in-person showing: where the windows face, how much space is in the bathroom, and what can be seen from the kitchen.

Is it possible to get a point cloud or BIM model?
Yes. Point cloud (E57) and BIM model are additional options, their cost is calculated in calculator.
Is it possible to update the tour after changes?
Yes. Reshooting individual areas is cheaper than a full shoot - the tour is kept up to date.
